Indian wrestler Manoj Kumar declared winner
Wrestler Manoj Kumar's opponent Mohammas Inam
did not turn up for the Greco-Roman 84 kg Men Qualifications quarterfinals event. After much waiting, Manoj Kumar was declared winner.
